Business driverThe customer must replace a mostly manual RFQ workflow for Satellite-News-Gathering (SNG) suppliers with a lean, self-service SNG Provider Portal. Key pain-points are the time spent searching suppliers, non-standardised RFQs, and difficulty tracking quality.
Core goalProvide a one-stop-shop SRM tool that lets company staff filter suppliers against event criteria, issue standard RFQs to several suppliers at once, collect quotes coherently, and evaluate supplier performance over time.
